Hello and Welcome! I am a Colorado transplant who originally hailed from Northern NM. My focus has evolved over the many years in my field and has landed on a more holistic approach to skincare, massage, and life.
Holistic is characterized by the treatment of the whole being.
As I continue to learn, grow, and change my approach to the services I offer my attention will always be toward full-body wellness and balance that creates a sustainable lifestyle.
I received my Esthetician and Massage Therapy Licenses in 2008 and have been practicing and expanding my knowledge ever since.
I took my love of writing public in 2012 upon the self-publication of a historical-fiction trilogy…yes, there’s some Greek lore, mythology, and romance thrown in too! You can check it out here: Clare Angelica and Amazon.
Yoga has long been a huge part of my life and I took that knowledge further by gaining my Prana Vinyasa Instructors Certification in 2019.
My full-body wellness expands into an active meditation practice spanning over 20yrs(+), yoga, strength-training, family adventures, and trying to keep up with my two toddlers!
